Reno Law Firm Marketing That Brings In the Clients You Want

Pegasus Online provides Reno law firm marketing for personal injury, criminal defense, family law, estate planning, and contractor and regulatory practices. We serve firms across the region, from Sparks to Carson City.

When someone needs a lawyer, they’re searching with urgency, whether after an arrest, an accident, or a family crisis. Your website has to explain how you help, build credibility fast, and make booking a consultation the obvious next step.

What does Reno law firm marketing include?

It covers three connected pieces: your website, your search visibility, and your ads. All three are built on our Customer Roadmap Process. That strategy session identifies the cases you want more of, what drives them, and how to reach them.

Law firm website design

Our website design and development work starts with what makes your firm different. Each practice area also deserves its own page. A DUI defense client and an estate planning client are in very different situations, so their pages should sound different.

Law firm SEO

Search performance management helps your practice areas show up when people look for them. It covers Google as well as AI answer tools.

Pay-per-click ads for law firms

Targeted digital ads put your firm in front of people who are ready to retain an attorney now.

Why should your website sound like the attorney?

Clients hire a lawyer as much as a firm, so the site has to show the person they’ll be working with. Reno criminal defense attorney Orrin Johnson made that point in his review. His site had to reflect his approach, skills, personality, and values.

Our team listened to how his firm works before building anything. He wrote that the result helps him find not just clients, but great clients.

What do Nevada’s lawyer advertising rules mean for your marketing?

Paid advertising for a Nevada firm has to be filed with the State Bar of Nevada within 15 days of first dissemination. Your website isn’t treated as an advertisement subject to that filing requirement. The State Bar’s Lawyer Advertising Advisory Committee reviews those filings. It checks them against Rules 7.1 through 7.5 of the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct.

The filing form also covers paid social media posts. That means a boosted post may need to go through the same process as a billboard. Each ad is filed separately, though substantively similar ads can be submitted together. The form asks for a copy of the ad, the date it first ran, and anything that supports its claims. If you want certainty before an ad runs, you can request an advance advisory opinion. The State Bar says it issues those within 30 days.

Logging each paid ad as it launches keeps filing from holding up a campaign. This is general guidance, not legal advice, and your firm and the State Bar decide what the rules require. They’re the same statewide, so they apply equally to the firms we support with Las Vegas law firm marketing.

What have Reno law firms said about working with Pegasus Online?

Attorney Richard Davies of Richard P. Davies Law wrote that he came to us after a previous SEO company stopped paying attention to his campaign. He added that our team quickly redesigned the firm’s website and got the phone ringing again.

His review and Orrin Johnson’s are both on our client reviews page. If you’d like to talk through your firm’s marketing, call or text (775) 476-9249.

How do you measure marketing results?

Every Pegasus Online client receives monthly performance reports covering website traffic, conversions, SEO ranking progress, and ad performance. Clients running pay-per-click ads also receive ROI reports with a conservative estimate of the business their ad spend is producing.
